Cream puffs are very delicate to create so we organized our 10-year-old recipe by only using the finest ingredients available to make sure that our cream puffs look and taste exactly what they should be while also considering health concerns in the process. 

 

We are more than happy to share what kind of ingredients we use because you deserve to know what you eat!

 

We also stay away from processed goods and chemical substances. Everything is made fresh and from scratch. We vowed to never use preservatives to keep everything as natural as it is.

 

We also stay away from artificial food colorings for our main product. We don’t want to give you stained lips and teeth on your special day so even our puff’s colors are natural.

 

The only time we use a few drops of food coloring is for our fondant decorations but we don’t apply them on the actual cream puff itself.

Mastery of Tempering Belgian Chocolates

A 3-hour process

Each flavor of Belgian chocolate carefully goes through a time-consuming heating and cooling process to alter the crystal formation of the cocoa butter in the chocolate. This process will form the chocolate into a glossy, solid, and snappy texture. This can only be achieved when using 100% real chocolate.

 

Each chocolate are slowly melted and cooled at 3 precise temperatures to successfully temper before we fuse them with our puff pastry. 

Diplomat Cream

Every cream puff’s highlight is the cream filling. For our cream, we use diplomat cream which is a combination of custard cream and whipped cream that is folded together. It is also infused with real Madagascar vanilla beans for more flavor. The cream is not sweet but rather creamy and has a soft texture to it.
