Delivery Policy
Delivery Guarantee
Croquembouche Factory has its own personal delivery service exclusive for each client’s croquembouche. We ensure that each of our croquembouche meets our highest standards and that the towers are stable, secure, and qualified for delivery. The croquembouche is transported through a motorcycle for a timely delivery and to guarantee a successful delivery, our carriers are equipped with a chilled insulated box filled with ice and are professional trained to ensure the safety and quality of the croquembouche.
Courier Deliveries
Third-party couriers via motorcycle or car are allowed to handle our croquembouche. However, we do not recommended that clients consider this option unless the shipping address cannot be covered by our own delivery service. If insisted, Croquembouche Factory will not be liable for the croquembouche as soon as it leaves our store premises. In cases of courier handling, we make sure that the croquembouche is securely fastened before we hand it out to the courier. Any damages to the croquembouche caused by mishandling of the courier will not be our responsibility.
In-Store Pick-Up
In-store pick-ups are welcomed and is highly recommended over a third-party courier. All liabilities and responsibilities shall be upon the pick-up representative once the croquembouche has been handed over it them. We recommended that that pick-ups are done with a car accompanied by a passenger to watch over the croquembouche.
Damages, Collapse, & Imperfections
Croquembouche Factory ensures that each croquembouche is delivered in perfect condition. In any case of minor damages in design, such as cracks in chocolate coating, deformed cream puffs, or fallen cream puffs/decorative pieces that is due to unavoidable travel and temperature conditions, Croquembouche Factory will not consider such minor imperfections as a means for a discount/replacement.
We cannot guarantee that the croquembouche will arrive in perfect condition, 100% of the time considering various road conditions during delivery. In a rare case of collapse, we will replace the croquembouche as soon as possible. Replacement or refund options are to be discussed over a call by both client and a respresentative of Croquembouche Factory.
Accidents & Weather Conditions
If Croquembouche Factory’s delivery team is faced with an inevitable situation such as accidents or bad weather conditions like heavy rain, strong winds, and floods. The well-being of our carriers will be a priority. Croquembouche Factory will be informing you of these situations and if necessary, the arrival time of your orders may be delayed.
