Please make sure to place an order at least 2-3 days before the expected date of pick up or arrival for delivery.

Our available payment methods inside our site are:

For payment methods outside our site, we only support:

For these transactions outside our website, you may contact us via email or social media and we can arrange your order from there. 

Pick-up:

Please specify the time you will arrive to pick up your order. If you wish to pick up your order past 5 PM, you may contact us directly.

Delivery:

Please specify the time you want your order to arrive. For large croquembouches, we suggest that this time would be an hour before consumption if the scale of the croquembouche cannot be kept refrigerated or chilled. 

Delivery Area:

We can only deliver in certain parts of Metro Manila. Once you have entered your full address on the checkout page, you will know that we can delivery to your area if there is a delivery option available. Otherwise, the product will have to be picked-up or delivered via other courier services. If so, we will send you an email.

Kindly pin your exact address if a map pops up during checkout.

Delivery Rates:

Our own delivery service has a flat rate system that ranges from P100 – P350 depending on your exact location. Additional charges may apply if necessary due to distance.

Croquembouche is best consumed when it is served cold or chilled. To ensure the freshness of its taste and texture, keep the croquembouche refrigerated or stored in an air-conditioned room before consumption. 

Cream puffs can last up to 1-2 days when kept refrigerated.
