At Croquembouche Factory, we believe that you deserve to have an extraordinary experience with our products.
With this mission at hand, we vowed to only deliver freshly made cream puffs using the finest ingredients available to us. We’ve gone so far as to produce a quality product for you so a quality experience for you and your guests is just as important to us.
If you are unhappy with our croquembouche, feel free to reach out to us and share the situation. This value and satisfaction guarantee policy covers any encounter of the following unsatisfactory sitautions:
- The croquembouche sustained significant damage while being handled by our own delivery service (A collapsed tower, multiple puffs, and/or decorations detached from the tower).
- There are missing elements or customizations that were paid for, or your request does not reflect the final product. For example, there was a missing custom icing cookie or dedication.
- You consider that the product is not fresh anymore and is not safe to consume such as a spoiled cream filling due to a production fault. (Only valid within the first 2 hours upon receiving as other factors such as storing the product in a warm or hot environment after receiving can impact the freshness of the product.)
If you experience any of these unfortunate situations and/or other situations, please contact us as soon as possible through our social media accounts, phone, or email. It would be best to keep the product as is before we respond and we may ask to retrieve the product in some cases.
In compliance to this policy, we may provide a partial or full refund for the error in our product and service, and/or we may find an alternative way to amend the situation such as a full replacement of the product. We will let you know which method is best according to the situation.
Please be informed that this value and satisfaction policy cannot cover any personal dissatisfactions such as taste preferences or allergies. While our customers already love the taste of our cream puffs, you may disagree with them based on your own flavor preferences. But rest assured that our recipe is curated to the highest standard of both our own and our customers.
